Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This excludes weekends or national holidays.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You’ll also need the receipt or proof (pictures or videos) of purchase.

Therefore, please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and fix it.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Items that are worn, used, damaged or not in original packaging cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for items that are altered or changed.

Kind reminder: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. And, returned package without an authorized return from customer service representatives will not be eilgible for store credit or exchange.

To start a return, you can contact our customer service department at  cgardripp@gmail.com and we will be ready to help. We generate a return label . Once this is completed  it  must be taken to USPS withing 14 days (excluding national holidays and weeknds)of being issued . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will need to pay for return shipping.

 

EXCHANGE

You can request for an exchange instead of credit  under these circumstances: your whole package is lost or has never been delivered; items you received are defective or have been damaged. After confirmation, we will send you a replacement package.

Please note that there is no handling fee for return and exchange, but the freight incurred by the return and exchange shall be borne by the buyer.

REFUND

If an item does not work out for  you the item can be exchange for store credit to used towards another purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not.  

Please note that Since there will be some color difference in product shooting, please refer to the actual product after receiving the goods
