Returns/Exchanges

Make a return or exchange follow the instructions listed below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unworn or unused
• contains its tags or stickers (containing barcodes)
• In its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Failure to comply to the above requirements for your return eligibility, your return maybe denied and no refund or exchange can be issued.

Getting Started

Ensure all products your are needing to exchange are:

• Unworn or unused
• Not washed or dried
• Does not contain any chemical odors (scents, perfumes)
• Contains its tags or stickers (containing barcodes)
• In its original packaging.
